Hi, I updated has_valid_varname so that we can check if each variable of a MARIS NetCDF file is valid. The previous implementation of has_valid_varname worked for the first element of the NetCDF groups (i.e. 'seawater'). We need to update the test files (./files/nc/maris-cdl.nc) to include biota specific variables (e.g. bio_group). Many thanks, Niall
