Feature/capstone create, display and count comments

This is the final capstone project of Microverse's second module. We created a popup window and functionality to create comments and display them on the popup window.

Essential requirements:

• Use Html/CSS
• Use JavaScript ES6
• Use API
• Make sure linter for free of errors.
• Using Gitfow.
• Created with webpack.
• Documented in a professional way.

Change Required ♻️ To make the project look pretty, It's will be better if : -you correct linter error -When the user click on the button submit, It's will be better if the input value disappear

• To avoid conflicts at the time of pooling, it would be better to put the content that is in MEAL.js to put it back in index.js, and delete the MEALS.js
