Detecting PX-320 #32

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install, restarted computer
2. Used iConnectivity's mio usb to midi interface
3. Turned on casio 320, then opened garage band

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the Audio MIDI Setup there is a mio icon that I can highlight, but my
Casio-320 isn't recognized. Garage band recognizes there is a midi input, but i
don't think it can receive any signal from the casio

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GarageBand '11 Version 6.0.5 on OS X 10.8.5

Please provide any additional information below.

This driver only applies to Casio keyboards with USB ports, not those needing a
MIDI-USB adapter. You will have to check with iConnectivity about it, or
directly with Casio to figure out how to output MIDI with your keyboard. Note
however that your keyboard is not supposed to show up automatically in
Audio/MIDI Setup. As long as everything is plugged correctly, the keyboard will
produce MIDI messages that will be transmitted by the mio adapter, and will be
useable by virtual instruments in GarageBand.
