Import Attendance from spreadsheets. #223

Hi, Rosario SIS has been a great tool for schools. But IT can be ever more advance by adding import attendance file system.

Could you please elaborate on how it would be a gain (of time? practicality?) for you to import attendance from spreadsheets, and how would you format those spreadsheets?

The Attendance Excel Sheet module is the first step. Sponsors are welcome for the Import part.
