The reported quantity of storage space seems to decrease:

quota exceeded (used: 3143 of 10240MB) [ 3 times ]
quota exceeded (used: 2979 of 10240MB) [ 6 times ]
quota exceeded (used: 2802 of 10240MB)
quota exceeded (used: 2720 of 10240MB) [  twice  ]
quota exceeded (used: 2655 of 10240MB) [  twice  ]
quota exceeded (used: 2096 of 10240MB) [ 3 times ]
quota exceeded (used: 3 of 10240MB)  [ many times ]

and no more data is sent over the relay storage, whereas storage space is largely available.
