lock management is not atomic and lock files can live forever #8

Perform sanity checks to remove orphan lock files.

Lock files could also contain the name of its owner.

Lock files have contained the name of the owner client for some time now, can't remember exactly since which release.

Fixed in version 0.4.2a3.
