Is the project dead? #150

I'm reluctant to migrate to my fork as the author did a fantastic job with this repository. However, there hasn't been any activity for 13 months and the project doesn't have more than 1 maintainer. Has this repo been orphaned?

@francoispqt will you still have the time to maintain this projet, or would you accept more maintainers to keep Go's fastest json unmarshaller :1st_place_medal: alive ?
