Perhaps instead the text on this site needs updating, as drilling down into the individual packages does provide download links to the package.
I don't understand your question or comment. My plugins are available on github. Plugin Admin downloads my plugins from github. https://github.com/francostellari/NppPlugins

The issue was in response to this paragraph on the initial text page for your plugin collection:
Source code: Although the plugins below are free to distribute, install, and use, the source code is not available at the moment. It may become in the future when the plugins become obsolete or abandoned. If you are looking for examples, please check the Sourceforge web site.
There is NO link to said Sourceforge site. I was not concerned with Plugins Admin operation as I only use it to locate newer plugins which I then manually download and install.
Eventually I discovered the binaries for the plugins in each sub-project folder, which is why I posted the followup comment.
I'll close the issue.
