Load cell data fields #8

Load values should be allowed to be negative. It is possible for the loadcells to sense in either tension or compression so both positive and negative numbers are required

Load offset should be allowed to be outside of min/max load. it might be required to do some extreme offset depending on the application so this value should not be limited by the min and max
