Axis move commands while in a group #9

The user should not be able to select a jog or move on an axis in the UI while it is in a group. The backend prevents motion from happening but a user should be able to set it.

The only way a user can move a grouped axis is by starting a move on the group itself

Group editing is forbidden when Jogs or moves are active on any axes
Setting job or move in a grouped axis is now prevented
