Adds:
Restores original connections to
Removed NeoHabitat placeholder connections from the following regions:
Changed street shapes for Woods_5x and Woods_1284 for now until the areas that link to them are restored
Modified Back4t_75 to have a sign that was in the original Habitat db
Modified Beach_2a to have a sign that was in the original Habitat db
Modified Beach Town/Port dirs to match the new connection point
