Added links to the new NeoHabitat Windows installer and tidied up the README a little bit. #357

I modified the README file to link to the NeoHabitat installer for Windows I created and tidied up some of the rest of the file. Most noticeably, the web based client now links directly to Steve's Docent page instead of Sgeo's experimental page.
