Setting up an issue to keep track of the restoration of historical text for Habitat based on the videos from Keith Elkin and Wil1.

Created a branch of a fork of the NeoHabitat repo where I'm depositing all of my work.

Once I've completed everything, I'll submit a PR to bring this all into the main repository.
