Populopolis BBS restored to the left of Bob's Bank, right of La Vous New and to the right of Avatars at Law which has been moved to its correct location instead of where it currently was.
Minor cosmetic tweaks to a couple of regions like Broadway Bank has the ATM's moved slightly and the background color was changed to match the backup.
Renamed Hamlet's Place to Spider's Web to reflect the database backup and video footage of the end of beta (we have a bunch of the interior on film so I've been contemplating recreating those regions also).
Fixed up a sign that was hidden behind a tree on the Woods Road. Flipped the foreground flag on and it works fine now.
