improve creation of notes/cards

• erasure also of derrived words from the questions
• add something like " " to every question - maybe it should be configurable

improve removal of words from questions (put it in a separate class/module):

• array with irregular forms
• some heuristics for plurals, etc.
• fuzzy search - to support for removal of phrasal verbs from for example "He hold her up."
• case insensitive
• take the "/" character as an alternative of two/more possibilities

to think - maybe some sort of cards asking about the difference berween words? (maybe something from longman dictionary?)
