I've discovered to be able to use 100% brightness in game the GPU clock has to be set to 111mhz.
What I'm suggesting is the addition of a max clock the same as the current max clock but with the GPU clock changed from 222mhz to 111mhz.
This change should allow for a max clock - all other clocks stay the same as current max clock setting, I have no idea what it would be called, something like Max Screen Clock perhaps - and allow for 100% brightness to bypass Sony's restriction. The extra 20% in game really makes a difference on the OLED screen.
I don't know if it can be done but I thought I would suggest it and see if it was possible. Many thanks for the oclockvita plugin. its an absolute godsend for the vita and has made playing it an absolute pleasure my friend.
