Make preferences work with gtk4 for gnome-shell >= 40. #46

In this merge request all features are working and compatibility with gtk3 is maintained. #41 has broken dialogs and breaks gtk3 compatibility. Resolve: #45 #44 #38

The next step is create the ui with libadwaita.

This works well for me on gnome 43 (Ubuntu kinetic) but I had to tweak the makefile so it would install

as soon as i have some free time, i'll see if i can update the make file, i guess i just need to add the new ui files instead of the old one
