do not hide mouse cursor when it's over the menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open and  play a  media file
2. click on the menu and stay a while

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cursor shouldn't be hidden if it's over a menu
But it disappears,and move the mouse even out of the application area
will not make it back untill I click the mouse

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
