disable motion notify on fullscreen #310

Hi,

small "feature" request, not to display panel after mouse cursor movement
in full screen mode. I suggest making it optional like in attached patch.

Why not just hide the controls (press C) before going fullscreen. This will 
basically
do the same thing.
