Adapt franka_hand.xacro to take into account visual and collisions of new end-fingertips.

Hello @andrejpan, this pull request was not intended for the main repo and is specific to the end-effectors that we 3D-printed locally. I'm not sure it would be of any use to the community. That's why I closed it prematurely
