Bulk Client Add #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open "New Client" add...open another new client, fill details add etc.
2. Imagine the time taken by a Teacher to add 40 students in a class! And if 
the group is larger, like say, a club it can take days to months to do that.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Feature Request: CSV Import for Bulk Clients Addition, automatic email to them 
with login and password info, just as it would do for one. Even better if it 
can generate a random password.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest ProjectSend version r180. Installed using Softaculous at Siteground
