file selection to upload .png (& _friends) inconsistent. Before it worked and now have an example of it being saved, the icon working during state but not persisting through refresh/re-login.

UPDATE commands with postgres, same uploaded file img to be a local app image that CANNOT be selected as profile image. [2:19pm]
