setState() not when exported as child of exported Provider [9:10pm] #7

In general this useContext is not working either.

never exported the same very setState() function but doing this is as a test.

👎 gameOn works but playing() which invokes setState() correspondent to string variable: gameOn ---> setGameOn doesn't work
