bookmarking proposed feature <LineChart> now uses npm i react-calendar SDK to make state changes that build out the filter date tool

to get react-calendar days to color-correspond to OHLC based on High or Low [11:35pm idea]

same idea: logic randomly picks calendar day by index [ ] sets: borderLeft: green (then reset) borderTop: green (then reset), (continued for red for downtrend implications)

at sparse random just for theming without getting over the top.
