updating (or setting in the first place) readme for npm publishing [6:58pm] #8

attempting to do: publish capptcha as an npm i.

error: readMe or lack thereof causing code to populate the text that would otherwise explain usage of the tool Screen Shot 2023-08-08 at 6 58 11 PM

proposed approach: look into it later and finish app first. I would assume having readme populated would do it ?
