deploy and fix combative compatibility between deps
error:
puppeteer 20.7.4 needs atleast Node 16.x
this error didn't come about until I deleted the package-lock.json and reinstalled the packages.
(can prove.. my github page has a video of puppeteer grabbing profile icons from web and using boat as loading bar)
proposed approach:
already using a backup deployment that's working. might just redeploy with the backup and start fresh from here.
already upgraded to Node 16.x with nvm.
