Initial support for ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS, which has ITE IT8665E chip.

Notes:

in0 is CPU voltage (fluctuates a lot with load)
in0..4 are in BIOS order (best guess)
temp1..2 are in BIOS order (best guess)
fans 1-3,6 tested manually
- → assuming fan4 is CHA_FAN3
in7 gives reading - what is it?
in8 seems to be BIOS battery
temp3 is not in BIOS
- → follows CPU temp, not as high
- → rises slower, falls slower

I have a ASUS PRIME B450M-GAMING and can confirm that this module works with a single chassis FAN.

I don't remember how I wired it before, but just now I installed my new chassis fans to CHA_FAN2 and now I can't see any of the chassis fans in CoolerControl.

EDIT: I noticed that there's a it8655 entry on gotop reporting what I believe it's the motherboard's temperature. So it might be an issue with CoolerControl.

EDIT2: confirmed issue with Coolercontrol. Restarted the daemon after reinstalling the driver, the fans show up. CHA_FAN1 shows up as Fan1 and CHA_FAN2 shows up as FAN3.
