Loading not working on bookmarked URLs

Hi,

When using urlkit in a flex application for deeplinking and the application
use a preloader, when open a url with # sign, the preloader is not showed up.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a flex app with urlkit and a personal preloader.
2. Go to a deep link in the application and keep it.
3. Clean cache in browser
4. Go to previous url keeped.
5. The preloader is not showed.

I'm using Flex 2 and UrlKit 0.70 release.

If I find an example online, I'll post it later.
