History Entries out of sync with page titles #4

Start the sample Bookmarks app, navigate to the States and Forms example,
then click to go to the "B side".  Drop down the Back history list; it will
show "States and Forms Example" followed by States Example, which is correct.

Select "States Example" from the list.  It goes back to the initial dispay
correctly.  Click the Forward button once.

Now drop down the Back history list.  It shows "States and Forms Example",
although it should show "States Example".

I see this in both FF2 and IE6.
