Test validating valid config #104

This works as long as we do not introduce a new version of the Frank!Doc. I propose we merge this as is. We can discuss later how we make this GitHub action aware of the Frank!Doc version built and the Frank!Doc version used by the F!F. If we have that, we can check that these versions are equal.
