Frankdoc.json is missing mandatory information #122

Regarding the issue https://github.com/ibissource/iaf/issues/3071 in the framework board. I think it is useful to include mandatory information in the json.

The JSON adds a field "mandatory" to mandatory config children. This field is not added for attributes yet.
