Add a wiki page explaining the design of image-decryptor microservice.

can you assign me this ? and also share about specific requirements that you guys have for this wiki page , if exists?

Sure assigning. These are the things that I am looking for:

  1. Brief description of the microservice.
  2. State diagram for all the endpoints and one liner explanation of the microservice.
  3. Link to the image decryption algorithm (already existing wiki) to explain that.
