Release v2.4.1? #8

The current release (2.4.0) doesn't build for me, I can only build after https://github.com/frankheckenbach/ftgl/commit/835f2ba7911a6c15a1a314d5e3267fa089b5a319 where CMakeLists.txt was fixed. Can you please tag a new release with this fix?
