Setting up Elev/Ail on ch7-10 don't work with SAFE #10

8-10CH receivers only. Information about the TX channel usage seems to only ask for 6ch, Finally found/reverse engineered where the TX sends the number of channels available.

Fix will be incorporated in v55.
