BODY_25_ALL not compatible with BODY_135 #2

There is the implicit assumption in some of the formats here that BODY_25_ALL is somehow compatible with BODY_135, but this is not the case. This opens up the possibility of:

If possible, conversion from BODY_25 to BODY_25B could be implemented if reasonable
Either BODY_25_ALL or a variant thereof including two key points for wrists (actually wrist and "heel of hand") which are currently being collapsed together

Now we just save all keypoints by default, which probably resolves this issue.
