Several image-related functionalities, such as:

image uploading, by POSTing to /upload
setting an image as one's profile pic by POSTing its access ID to /account in an argument called pfp
deleting images by POSTing to /deleteimg/<IMAGEID>
ugly unstyled list of a user's images now appears on their account page

@altheaden test this functionality out on your end, take a little while to glance over the changes I made, and then merge when you're satisfied :-)
