Add new post in home page #96

The current procedure for writing a new post requires the user to go to their account, manage post, and then post a new post.

I think adding new posts is a common action that should be easy to access from the home page.

I like this idea, but I am going to put this button in the footer instead so it can be accessed from anywhere. Thank you for the suggestion!
