commands dragged have improper z index. (They disappear beneath the BG)

Even though the z-index is 100, they still disappear behind the bg image (having z-index =1) . Also try to style better while dragging. Currently the commands look invisible while being dragged. Add contrasting colours to the command name and the background when they are dragged
