Upgrade to Next 13.4 and fix supabase-auth-helpers issue #148

This upgrades some packages to their latest version, most notably, nextjs jumps from 13.2 to 13.4.

Making this update will get us access to the latest next features, most notably the metadata optimization strategies described in the nextjs docs. Once this PR is merged, we can refactor the work done in https://github.com/frankmarra/DLCM/pull/147.
Implements changes to supabase auth helpers update from createBrowserSupabaseClient to createPagesBrowserClient as described in this issue: https://github.com/supabase/auth-helpers/issues/493
