Discovered on commit d3cff725dd9f473e4f8310c9d9e2bd494fec7a56.

In this game, the red player purchased a development card, but no indication of that action occurring appeared in the log window, and no track of the player's dev card count was shown on the left hand side of the screen with player info.

After a development card was played (in this case white's knight card), the development cards for that player appear next to that player's info box.

Another update, the number of development cards in a players hand is only shown for your player. In this instance, white (my player) can see the number of dev cards in my hand, but not the number of dev cards in red's hand (red has at least one dev card at the time of screenshot).
