[ ] Move dev cards to appear vertically on the left side of screen under the scores
[x] Add resource color box next to resource in hand
[ ] Clearly mark the player's hand and player info areas so UI is easier to make sense of for first time users
[ ] Keep track of how many settlements/cities/roads left to the left of the hands. Would be nice to add a drawing of each next to the name and number.

commit cbd711b added resource color boxes next to hand for self
