You could remove the keywords meta, it's essentially useless these days.

IE conditional comment around the HTML5 shim will block downloads in IE6-8 - http://www.phpied.com/conditional-comments-block-downloads/

You're right, keywords meta is useless. It seems Google, Bing and most other search engines don't use it. Also, thank you for remembering me about the blocking issue.
