Add #ie6countdown support to index.html #7

added http://bit.ly/ie6countdown banner to get worldwide usage of IE6 below 1%

I don't know about this, I think some people wouldn't like it on their page. If most agree with this, I can consider merging it. What do you think, guys?

Well, my thought was that the index.html was just a boilerplate template. It's easy enough to remove if people don't like it (one line), and getting people moved off of IE6 is something I think is going to take a community effort. :)

What about adding this to the README and/or wiki (I'll make it soon) on the section "Make it better" (like H5BP)?
