Browse button enabled but doesn't work for doc-cbx Source, Value, or Meta #25

I think it might be best to enable it, and make clicking it have the same effect, regardless of the current doc-cbx choice.

It is now enabled for all doc-cbx settings. It goes to ClojureDocs.org if the setting is Examples, See Alsos, or Comments. For all other settings it goes to a locally generated web page.
