County codes, what are the AGS identifiers? #2

I am trying to understand what the region county codes correspond to in your mobility csv file. Where do you get the 401 different counties from? I have been playing with the GeoJSON data from http://opendatalab.de/projects/geojson-utilities/ which suggests that there are 402 counties, however the actual JSON file seems to contain 430 entries. I have very little experience with Geo data and was wondering if you could help demystifying them. Effectively I am looking for an identifier such as the AGS for each of the counties so I can make use of your mobility data in this project: https://github.com/FHell/COVID-Game

Hey, sorry for the very late reply. The counties are the 401 counties of Germany, which are the NUTS level 3 subdivisions of Germany. I'm not sure why the shapefile at the source you posted contains a different amount of entries. You can download the NUTS 3 level shapefiles for example here.
