One Page Checkout Issue #14

I installed 1.0.2 Beta on PrestaShop™ 1.6.0.6. I had One Page Quick Checkout configured. Stripe wouldn't work. I changed the settings to 5 step checkout and it worked. Thought it will good to share with the community.

Same problem here, one page checkout isn't working for me with 1.0.2 Beta on PS 1.5.6.0. I can see that it adds "?step=3#stripe_error" the URL if I try to make a test payment. But no error is displayed and I also don't see anything in the stripe logs.

I have had the same issue. When I move to five step check out it works great.

Same for us, we are being redirected to "/quick-order?step=3#stripe_error" with One Page Checkout and Prestashop 1.6.0.9. Anyone have a clue what the problem might be?

ricardobanegas commented 10 years ago

Solved (ugly?) So we had this module: One Page Checkout (latest version - zelarg) which binds to the same ".stripe-submit-button" and "#stripe-payment-form". This lead to the stripe token not being created (sinced the event was already snatched by the OPC-module). We changed the selector in the OPC-module to not take over ".stripe-submit-button" and now it works fine! Let me know if you want more details on this fix.

Hello,

I have seen there are a lot of issues on checkout page customers faces. I was reading a post yesterday "Top 10 Reasons behind Failures in Customer Retention and Their Fixes" I have seen they have briefly explained that what are the reasons behind the failure of customers on your website and what are their fixes? So, hope it will help you to read and implement on your PrestaShop websites. http://www.fmemodules.com/en/blog/37-customer-retention-tips
