JSPM/SystemJs is resolving the plugin to its folder #179

With JSPM 0.17.0-BETA 32, SystemJS 0.19.41 and plugin-typescript 5.3.1, the browser is making a request to the directory <site_name>/jspm_packages/github/frankwallis/plugin-typescript@5.3.1/ and is obviously getting back a 403. Is there a know compatibility issue going on between these versions?

Hm, it appears to be working fine in a single configuration (i.e. no dev config present).
