iGoogle Home Page Changed

Description of the bug/feature, alias/deletion request, or recache

I noticed that my iGoogle layot changed, it appears that the tabs are now 
on the side and the page layout showing all widgets are on the left.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING FOR A BUG REPORT ONLY (delete everything

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. There is a Home tab like thing on the left with +- signs clicking plus 
will create a drop down of the widgets and preferences set on the home page
2. I clicked on the clock widget and now when I go to iGoogle it opens a 
home page with just that clock widget giving me alternate widgets for 
clocks and an edit method to change existing widget, why would anyone want 
that as a home page  What Happened?
