Allow list datatype on creator/syndication page #431

Description of the bug/feature, or alias/deletion request. (For aliases use the 
form old_url => 
new_url. For deletions, just list the URLs.)

The list datatype currently does not appear on the creator/syndication page 
when used in a gadget 
as a userpref.  No intuitive solution currently exists for arbitrary-length 
lists in syndicated gadgets, 
and the addition of list support would bring syndicated gadgets into line with 
documentation, which 
suggests the datatype is available for both iGoogle and syndicated gadgets.

I can't promise anything about whether or not this will be implemented, but I 
have
filed an internal feature request.
