Alias request form will not be displayed

Alias form does not work. An 404 Error occurs on trying to access it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to Igoogle Legacy Issue Tracker
2. Click on the alias request form link. Example:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=cEhGZVVmVUNQVmI1N2lvOW5nOG
JNUFE6MA
3. 404 Not Found error occurs
4. Try over and over again with same result.

I want to update the location of my gadget, because my old hosting provider
blocks my account due to large traffic caused by this gadget. Please help.
